1. Draw base $AC=5.5cm$. Mark the mid point of $AC$.

2. Cut an arc of $4.5cm$ from $A$ and an arc of $4cm$ from the mid point $D$.

3. Name the point of intersection as B. Join $AB,AC$ and $AD$. We get the required triangle.
