Steps of construction:

$1.$ Draw a ray $\overrightarrow{OA}$.

$2.$ Taking $.O$ as centre draw a ray make the angle ${45}^{\circ }$ with help of potractor

$3.$ taking$O$ as centre draw an arc and mark the points $.C$ and $.D$ where intersects $\overrightarrow{OA}$ and $\overrightarrow{OB}$.

$4.$ Now taking $.C$ and $.D$ as centres and with the radius is more than $\frac{1}{2}CD$ draw the arcs intersects each other.Let them intersects at point $.E$.

$5$ Join $OE$.

Therefore, $\angle AOE=\angle BOE=\frac{{45}^{\circ }}{2}=22{\frac{1}{2}}^{\circ }$.
