The correct option is B 6 cm
Steps of construction:
Step 1: Draw line segment QR = 8 cm.
Step 2: At Q, construct $∠ X Q R$ = 90°
Step 3: With R as centre, cut an arc of radius 10 cm and mark the point of intersection with XQ as P.

From the above construction, measure the length of PQ using ruler.
