$\Rightarrow$ Draw a line of $6cm$

$\Rightarrow$ Taking $E$ and $R$ as a point cut an arc of $5cm$.

$\Rightarrow$ Point at which both the arcs meet is your point $B.$

$\Rightarrow$ Take $7cm$ from the compass and cut an arc of $7cm$ from both $R$ and $E$.

$\Rightarrow$ Point at which both the arcs meet the is your point $A$

$\Rightarrow$ Join $AR,AE,BR$ and $BE$

$\therefore$ $BEAR$ is a required kite.
