3. With D as the centre, draw an arc of radius 10 cm. These two arcs intersect at a point.

4. Since O lies on both the arcs, O is the point intersection of the two arcs.

5. Join LO and GO and complete GOLD.

6. GOLD is the required quadrilateral.
