Steps of Constructions:

1. Construct $△TLI$ using SSS [we know sides, LI = 4 cm, TL = 2.5 cm, IT = 4 cm] construction method.
2. With L as centre, draw an arc of radius 4.5 cm. With I as centre, draw an arc of radius 3 cm.
3. Since F lies on both the arcs, F is the point intersection of the two arcs. Mark F.
4. Join IF and TF to complete the quadrilateral LIFT.
5. LIFT is the required quadrilateral.
