Construct quadrilaterals to the given measurements; the order of the letters in each case is A, B, C, D.
AB = 4.8 cm, BC = 4.4 cm, CD = 7 cm,DA = 3.4 cm, BD = 6.2 cm.

Steps of construction

Draw AB=4.8 cm.

With A as centre and 3.4 cm radius draw an arc.

With B as centre and 6.2 cm as radius drawn an arc to intersect the first at D.

Join AD and BD.
With B as centre and 4.4 cm as radius drawn an arc.

With D as centre and 7 cm as radius draw an arc to intersect the above at C.

Join DC and BC.

Hence, ABCD is the required quadrilateral in the above drawn figure.
