2. MARK A POINT C 8 CM AWAY FROM THE CENTER B .
3. DRAW A PERPENDICULAR BISECTOR.
4. WHEREVER THE PERPENDICULAR BISECTOR INTERSECT THE LINE TAKE THAT POINT AS CENTER AND DRAW A CIRCLE .
5.JOIN THE POINTS WHERE THE CIRCLE TOUCHES THE CIRCLE WITH CENTER B .
LENGTH OF TANGENT PC = 6 CM
