Steps of construction :
1. Draw a circle with O as centre and radius 6 cm.
2. Mark a point P outside the circle such that OP = 11 cm.
3. Join OP and bisect it at a point M.
4. Draw a circle with M as the centre and radius equal to MP, to intersect the given circle at the points T and T'.
5. Join PT and PT'.
6.Then, PT and PT' are the required tangents.
