Step 2: Reduce the fraction to the lowest term -

HCF of $15\&100$ -

$$\begin{gathered} 15=3\times 5 \\ 100=2\times 2\times 5\times 5 \end{gathered}$$

HCF $=5$

Divide both the numerator and denominator by HCF -

$\frac{15}{100}=\frac{15÷5}{100÷5}=\frac{3}{20}$

Hence, $0.15$ in fractional form is $\frac{3}{20}.$
