Decimals with same number of digits on right hand side of decimal point are called like decimals.

Adding $0$ to right hand side last digit of decimal does not change value of number.

So, we can write $7.8$ as $7.80$ ie $7.8=7.80$

So, $7.80,7.85$ are like decimals because they both have $2$ digits after decimal point.
