The two equations can be written in the general form as:

4x+9y11=0...(i)

3x+3y+0=0...(ii)

Comparing the given equations with
a1x+b1y+c1=0 and
a2x+b2y+c2=0,
we get,
a1=4,b1=9,c1=11,a2=3,b2=3 and c2=0.

Hence, a1=4,b2=3,c2=0
