Now, count the number of zeroes in the denominator and put the decimal in the numerator, starting from the extreme right, and move the decimal point to the left equal to the number of zeroes.

Thus,$\frac{1}{10}=0.1$

Hence, $\frac{100}{1000}=0.1$
