  • Convert the mixed fraction into improper fraction first , then write the numerator and place the decimal point starting from extreme right before as many digits as the number of zeros after 1 in the denominator .

In the given fraction , the conversion of mixed fraction into improper fractions as 431000=40031000 .

Now , the decimal conversion of the given fraction is : 40031000=4.003 .

Thus , the decimal representation of fraction is 4.003 .
