Converting the mixed fraction into an improper fraction:

To convert a mixed fraction into an improper fraction, we have to multiply the whole number part with the denominator and add the numerator to the product. The denominator will remain the same.

Given, mixed fraction =125

Here, the whole number part =1

The numerator =2

The denominator =5

Multiplying the whole number part with the denominator and then adding the numerator to the product we got,

1×5+2=7.

So, now the required improper fraction will be 75

Hence, the mixed fraction 125 as an improper fraction is 75.
