When the object $A B$ is placed beyond the center of curvature, then the ray of light parallel to the principal axis and another ray which passes through the center of curvature intersect each other at a point between the focus and the center of curvature. The image $A^{'} B^{'}$ is formed between $C$ and $F$ and is diminished, real and inverted.
