Correct me if I am wrong
Europe is the 'Peninsula of Peninsulas' as it has water all around it.

Solution

Correct.
This is because Europe itself is surrounded by water on three sides: north, west and south. On the east side is Asia. Along with this, the continent itself has many peninsulas around five in number some of which are Balkin, Iberian and Italian peninsulas.
