The correct option is B αγ=γ1
We know that,

for common base configuration, current gain,
α=ICIE

for common emitter configuration, current gain,
β=ICIB

for common collector configuration, current gain,
γ=IEIB

Also,IE=IB+IC

IEIC=IBIC+1

1α=1β+1

β=α1α(1)

Again,IE=IB+IC

IEIB=1+ICIB

γ=1+β(2)

From (1) and (2),

γ=11α

αγ=γ1

Hence, option (B) is correct.
