Solution

The correct options are
A Reactant is optically active
C Two products are formed which are enantiomers of each other
D Products formed are optically inactive

This is Finkelstein reaction in which halogen exchange happens. The mechanism of the Finkelstein reaction is a single-step SN2 reaction with stereochemical inversion. Since stereochemistry of the reactant is not mentioned, so the possibility of getting an enantiomer is possible. The products formed will be optically inactive due to racemisation.
