The correct option is B + and ×
If we'll interchange the signs and ×, the result will be
16×21÷76+3=16×33=45
Interchanging + and ×, we get
1621÷7+6×3=163+18=31
Interchanging ÷ and +, we get
1621+7×6÷3=1621+14=9
Interchanging ÷ and ×, we get
1621×7÷6+3=11÷2
Thus, interchanging + and × gives us the required answer.
Hence B is the correct option.
