Correct the following.
i) The motion of a swing is an example of rectilinear motion.
ii) 1m = 1000 cm

i) Motion that repeats itself after some period of time is called periodic motion. So, the motion of a swing is an example of periodic motion. Rectilinear motion is the motion of an object along a straight line. The motion of a train is an example of rectilinear motion.
ii)The S.I unit of distance is metre. Each metre (m) is divided into 100 equal divisions, called centimetre (cm). i.e., 1 m = 100 cm.
