Goblet cell, a unicellular gland, is present in the intestinal mucosa as well as in the mucosa of the stomach (part of gastric glands). The mucus secreted by the cells helps in lubrication.

Chymotrypsin:

Chymotrypsinogen is secreted by pancreas which gets activated in the duodenum.

b. Lipases:

Pancreatic and intestinal lipase are found in the pancreatic juice and succus entericus respectively.

Amylases are enzymes that break down carbohydrates.
