Solution

Sound waves enter the outer ear and travel through the ear canal to the eardrum.
The eardrum vibrates with the incoming sound and sends it to the three tiny bones called ear ossicles in the middle ear.
The bones in the middle ear amplify the sound and send it to the inner ear or cochlea through the oval window.
The tiny hairs in the inner ear are activated by the vibration and release the neurochemical messengers.
The auditory nerve carries the electrical signal to the brain which is interpreted by optic lobe of the forebrain.
