Solution

The correct option is B I. Endometrium, II. Perimetrium,
III. Infundibulum, IV. Fimbriae,
V. Cervical canal, VI. Vagina
The diagram given in the question represents the female reproductive system of human beings.

The female reproductive system includes a pair of ovaries, a pair of fallopian tubes, uterus and vagina.

The wall of the uterus consists of three layers of tissue:
The innermost layer of the uterus is endometrium (I).
Myometrium is the middle layer of the uterus and it is a thick layer of smooth muscles.
Perimetrium is the outer thin membranous layer (II).

The funnel shaped part of each fallopian tube which is close to the ovary is called infundibulum (III).
The edges of infundibulum have finger-like projections called fimbriae (IV).

The uterus leads into vagina through a narrow cervix.
The cervical canal (V) is the cavity of the cervix and along with vagina (VI) forms the birth canal.
