Since the acceleration at any time 't' is basically just the value of the first derivative of the velocity at the same time 't', the slope of a v -t graph at a time 't' will tell you the acceleration at 't'.

The point A on the a-t graph represents a point of zero acceleration. On this v-t graph, it will correspond to a point where the slope is zero. Out of the points given,the v-t graph has zero slope only at 4.
