Corrosion is the process of rusting of any kind of metal or alloy due to the presence of moisture and air in it's surrounding. As it comes in contact with air and water it reacts with it and a layer is formed above it's surface. Type 1 for true and 0 for False.

Corrosion is the process of rusting of any kind of metal or alloy due to the presence of moisture and air in it's surrounding. As it comes in contact with air and water it reacts with it and a layer is formed above it's surface.

For example: When iron rod comes in contact with air and moisture, it reacts with it and forms ferric oxide on its surface.
