Solution

The correct option is B Adrenal
Pancreas :

Pancreas, as an endocrine gland, secretes glucagon and insulin.

Thyroid :

Thyroid is composed of thyroid follicles which secrete hormones: \(T_4) (tetraiodothyronine), \(T_3) (triiodothyronine). Apart from the follicles, there are parafollicular cells which secrete thyrocalcitonin.

Adrenal :

Adrenal cortex (outer region of adrenal gland) secretes glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids and sex corticoids. The primary glucocorticoid is the cortisol which is secreted by the zona fasciculata region of adrenal cortex. This promotes RBC production, anti-inflammatory reactions and suppress the immune responses.

Thymus :

It is an endocrine as well as a lymphoid organ which secretes thymosin and helps in the differentiation of T cells. Thymosin also stimulates the production of antibodies.
