Given,
Cost of 5 apples = ₹ 45
Cost of 1 apple = 455= 9
Cost of 2 apples = 2× 9= 18

Cost of 6 oranges = ₹ 36
Cost of 1 orange = 366= 6
Cost of 2 oranges = 2× 6= 12

Cost of 10 bananas = ₹ 100
Cost of 1 banana = 10010= 10
Cost of 2 bananas = 2× 10= 20

Required value = 18 + 12 + 20 = ₹ 50
