Total perimeter= $\frac{32000}{16}=2000m$
Perimeter of a square= 4*length of one side = 2000m
=> Length of one side= 500m
Area of the square field= l² =(500)² = 250000m²
Cost of reaping at the rate of $35/100m²= $\frac{250000*35}{100}$=$87500
