${cot}^{2} A {csc}^{2} B - {cot}^{2} B {csc}^{2} A = {cot}^{2} A (1 + {cot}^{2} B) - {cot}^{2} B (1 + {cot}^{2} A)$

$= {cot}^{2} A + {cot}^{2} A {cot}^{2} B - {cot}^{2} B - {cot}^{2} A {cot}^{2} B$

$= {cot}^{2} A - {cot}^{2} B$
