Magnetic field inside the solenoid near to its axis is given by

Bs=μ0nsis

From question, ns=2n; is=2i

Bs=4μ0ni

And magnetic field produced by toroid inside the core of toroid is given by

Bt=μ0ntit

From question, nt=n; it=6i

Bt=6μ0ni

BsBt=4μ0ni6μ0ni=23

Hence, option (c) is the correct answer.
