Initial velocity $(u) = \frac{20}{5} = 4 m / s$
Acceleration produced = $\frac{F}{m} = 1 m / s^{2}$

Final velocity $(v) = u + a t = 4 + 1 (10) = 14$

So, Change in K.E = $\frac{1}{2} m (v^{2} - u^{2}) = \frac{1}{2} (5) (196 - 16) = 450 J$
