$\therefore$ Hari and Shankar will get $\frac{7}{9}÷\frac{2}{1}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{7}{9}\times \frac{1}{2}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{7}{18}$ of the pizza each

So Hari and Shankar each get $\frac{7}{18}$ of the pizza
