The correct option is C $1\frac{1}{3}$ cm

As Dayma has only $6\frac{1}{3}$ cm length of rope but total length of the rope required is $7\frac{2}{3}$ cm. So,
Extra rope required is,
$=7\frac{2}{3}-6\frac{1}{3}=\frac{23}{3}-\frac{19}{3}=\frac{4}{3}=1\frac{1}{3}$ cm.

Hence option$\left(c\right)$ correct.
