The correct option is B ₹11800
It is a case of inter state transaction between dealers A and B.

For A:
Cost Price = ₹10000
GST = 18% of ₹10000 = ₹1800

$∴$ The amount (including GST) paid by dealer A = Cost Price + GST
= ₹10000 + ₹1800 = ₹11800
