XSEED is an activity based curriculum which is developed with the content provided and prescribed by CBSE(ncert) board. In simple CBSE is the board and XSEED modifies it to enhance the learning of the kids by implementing some time tested methods based on their research.

XSEED have curriculums based on CBSE(ncert).

In my opinion both are good.
