Question

Dear sir/Ma'am
I have a problem in solving this question
Q. Aman's income is 20% less than that of Anil how much percent is Anil income more than Aman's income?

Open in App
Solution

Let Anil's income is =x
then Aman's income will be
= x - ((x*20)/100)
=8x/10
anil's income more than aman's is
=x-(8x/10)
=2x/10

Now percentage of anil's income which is more than aman's is

=(2x/10)/(8x/10)* 100
=(1/4)*100
=25%
