(-3)^4 × (5/3)^4
= (-3×-3×-3×-3) × (5/3)^4
= (-1×3)^4 × (5/3)^4
= (-1)^4 × 3^4 × (5/3)^4
= 1 × 3^4 × (5^4 / 3^4)
= 1× 5^4
= 5^4
= 625.
