I have a problem in this question
Q. A load suspended from a spring and its other end is on a hook fix to a wall , in this case mechanical force is acting ?

Yes.There will be a mechanical force.There will be a force acting on the spring by the load suspended.Therefore mechanical force exerts on the string and the string expands
