Factorise: (x-1/x)^2+3(x-1/x)+2

Factorise: (x-1/x)^2+3(x-1/x)+2
for simple approach
u can assume (x-1/x) as y
so the equation become
y^2+3y+2
now solve this
y^2+2y+y+2
y(y+2)+(y+2)
(y+2)(y+1)
now put the value of y
