Electrolytes: These are the substances that dissociate into ions and can conduct electricity.
For example Sulphuric acid(H2SO4), Hydrochloric acid(HCl)
a.) Non-Electrolytes: These are substances that do not dissociate into ions and therefore can not conduct electricity.
For example Sugar, Alcohol(C2H5OH)
b.) Weak Electrolytes: These are the substances that partly dissociate into ions (do not dissociate completely).
For example Acetic acid(CH3COOH), Ammonia(NH3)
c.)Strong Electrolytes: These are the substances that completely dissociate into ions.
For example Sulphuric acid(H2SO4), Hydrochloric acid(HCl)
