The bandwidth represents the amount of frequencies or the band of frequencies that the amplifier is most effective in amplifying.The bandwidth( $B W$ ) of an amplifier is the difference between the frequency limits of the amplifier.
Let upper limit of frequency be $f_{1}$ and lower limit be $f_{2}$ then bandwidth
$B W = f_{1} - f_{2}$
