In the case of French or Dutch or of the same culture, the Community Government is a local body appointed by citizens of a similar language, regardless of their location, accepted for their welfare and advancement by a certain community and not committed by the Government. A community government is a society or a social circle that works on improving a specific community, religion and belief and acts on its issues.
