Force is any interaction that will change the motion of an object when you unopposed. A force can cause an object with mass to change its velocity which includes to begin moving from a state of rest, i.e., to accelerate. Force is a vector quantity as it has both magnitude and direction. Mathematically, Force = mass acceleration. Its S.I. unit is Newton.
