Mathematically it can be defined as, $P r e s s u r e = \frac{F o r c e}{A r e a}$
SI unit of pressure is Pascal (Pa).
1 Pascal is the pressure exerted by a force of 1 Newton over an area of 1 metre².
Also, $1 P a = 1 N / m^{2}$ .
