• Combustion: Chemical process in which substances react with oxygen present in the air to give off heat is called combustion. Combustion is of four types slow, spontaneous, rapid, and explosion.
• Rapid Combustion: The type of combustion reaction that occurs rapidly and produces a large amount of heat & light is known as Rapid combustion.
• For Example - the burning of matchstick and combustion of LPG.
