Solution

Molecules:

If a substance is made of two or more different elements, then the smallest unit of the substance is called a molecule.

The molecule is defined as the smallest unit of matter, which has an independent existence and can retain the complete physical and chemical properties of the matter. Even when two or more atoms of the same kind combine they can form a molecule. For example, one molecule of hydrogen consists of two atoms of hydrogen.
