Chromatography
Chromatography: It is the technique of separation of different components of the mixture bypassing the sample through the two phases, the mobile, and the stationary phase.
Stationary phase: In chromatography, it is the solid or liquid phase in which the mixture to be separated is selectively absorbed.
Mobile phase: This is a liquid or gas phase that moves over the stationary phase and carries away the component of the mixture to be separated along with it at different rates.
It works on the principle of the differential absorption of substance on the surface of the absorbent.
