- The type of change, whose occurrence can not be predicted because the event does not repeat after a regular interval of time, is known as non-periodic change.
- For example, rainfall is a non-periodic change. Weather can change all of a sudden, and it may rain anytime of the season. Hence, rainfall is a non-periodic change.
