Non-periodic change:

  • The type of change, whose occurrence can not be predicted because the event does not repeat after a regular interval of time, is known as non-periodic change.
  • For example, rainfall is a non-periodic change. Weather can change all of a sudden, and it may rain anytime of the season. Hence, rainfall is a non-periodic change.

Another example of Non-periodic change:

  1. Volcanic eruption
  2. Forest fire
  3. Earthquakes
  4. Dancing
  5. Rolling of the ball
  6. Sneezing
  7. Rusting of iron
