• Antibiotics $\to$ These are the substances which in low concentrations inhibit the growth of microorganisms or destroy them by intervening in their metabolic processes.

Ex- Ofloxacin, tetracycline, etc.

• Non-ionic detergents $\to$ Non-ionic detergents do not contain any ion in their constitution.

Ex- detergent formed when stearic acid reacts with polyethyleneglycol is an example of non-ionic detergents.
